Lauching Visual Studio App From Microsoft Scheduler

Is there a way to have a windows visual studio app (.exe) run from the microsoft scheduler at a certain frequancy? The app I have pulls data from a database into a listview object on a form and I want the form window to stay open and refresh at a frequency using the microsoft scheduler. Is this possible?
