Visual Studio Subscription Gone

A co worker and myself are now getting this message when we log on to visualstudio.com "Sorry, we couldn't find any benefits for you" and visual studio is saying our trial license is now expired. My subscription should be valid until 6-1-2020 and his is valid to 10-1-2021. I don't have the original email with my subscription number, but my co worker has the original email from MS listing his subscription number and the expiration dates.

Any one have any idea who can we talk to about getting this sorted out?
