Hi,
I'm looking at Azure Subscriptions and apart from pay as you go, must of them (Visual Studio Professional. Pay as you go Dev/test) etc require the developer to have a Visual Studio Subscription
Is that something that you should have when you are developing in Azure? Is Pay as You go Subscription the only way to use Azure without a Visual Studio subscription?
