sun.misc.Base64Decoder for java in Visual studio code

I was installed VS code with javase 13. My project referred a jar file and when debugging, an error occurred sun.misc.BASE64Decoder is missing.

I found some solutions but most of then are based on Eclipse, is there any solution for VS Code?
