Hello,
I have a cloud SQL server from Google and i was trying to get an access to my server from SSMS and my application also.
the server is ready and have a user and DB and i have the public IP and the instance name.
i tried so many time but couldn't follow up the guides when i searched.
i already enabled the needed APIs on my cloud.
can some one tell me with a simple way what i need like a specific tool need to be installed or a runtime engine and also how the connection string will be like.
