Excel UDFs - C# COM Adddin - how to add a https url help for a custom UDF?

How can I add to my custom UDF a help Url so that whenever a user clicks on the "Help on this function" in the function dialog it opens a webpage with the context sensitive documentation?


I can do trivially via a CHM file but that's not good enough anymore.
