Now there's a problem that I have a very old project, is the .NET Framework project, and then I want to use VS2017 to open and edit it, but I installed VS2019 and he automatically recognized dotnet for dotnet core, I couldn't upgrade my project from .NET Framework 3.X Upgrade to .NET Framework 4.X
Here's the upgrade error message I got from VS2017
Could not execute because the specified command or file was not found. Possible reasons for this include: * You misspelled a built-in dotnet command. * You intended to execute a .NET Core program, but dotnet-migrate does not exist. * You intended to run a global tool, but a dotnet-prefixed executable with this name could not be found on the PATH.
