IIS Unhandled exception on Switch statement

Code runs on Visual studio and from local publish folder without issues.

Code breaks on swtich statement on IIS and throws unhandled exception.

Switch is inside of a loop that iterates through a list in foreach loop.

Just doesnt work on IIS.
