How to change the azure account on my downloaded Visual Studio

I set up a Microsoft account and downloaded Visual Studio. However, to pay for options, I needed to set up a new microsoft account, but now my version of Visual studio is associated with my old email and I cannot figure out to change it to my new microsoft account.

Any help will be appreciated.
