Unable to see Reporting Service template in VS2017

I am remotely connected to another PC where VS 2017 was installed.The PC has SSDT tools installed as well.But when I opened VS2017 I am not able to see the Reporting service template under New Project.

I checked in control panel,and able to see SSDT tools installed.

Can some one please help me why I am not able to see Reporting Service project template.Please let me know if I am missing anything.
