Can't install VS Community 2015 - Stuck at "creating a system restore point"

Can't install VS Community 2015 on Windows 8.1. Has already restart the computer for several times but no improvement. Also checked Restore Settings has 1% for disk space usage.


It still stuck at " Creating a system restore point" forever. What else can I do?
