MS Blend 2019 - Can't create any type of Python project.

I start Blend for Visual Studio 2019, then select to start a new project. The Create a new project screen appears. I enter a project name and then select Python in the Languages drop down. No matter what I do, as long I have Python selected I cannot click the "Next" button.

I have Python 3.7 installed and working properly. When I installed Visual Studio I selected to install the Python development tools.

Does anyone know why this is happening?
