Close, Auto Hide, and Window Position Icons in Visual Studio 2008 Professional are Letters and not Images

I received a new computer and had to install Visual Studio 2008 Professional and SQL Server 2008 R2 to work on legacy SSIS packages. The images for Close, Auto Hide, and Window Position icons are the letters A, B, and H respectively instead of the actual images. I tried doing a repair, but it didn't fix the issue. What do I need to get the images back?
