I know this question has being asked over and over again through the time. But please someone give some clear light.
Recent post from microsoft Visual Basic support planned for .NET 5.0 | Visual Basic Blog
in addition to the post that is talking about vb.net support in .net core 5 , it also mention that
"we do not plan to evolve Visual Basic as a language"
and
“Future features of .NET Core that require language changes may not be supported in Visual Basic”
Is not clear if this statement is a turn to abandon vb.net and it's future
As a developer for 15 years now in VB.NET i would like to know if i should start worry and start making a turn to C# .
