what is bit "ness" download of mul for vs 2019 enterprise

Hi , I went to download vs 2019 enterprise version 16.5 and i see a bit ness of "mul" above the x64 bit ness (version 16.4). what does mul mean and why is there only one product key to claim on both 16.4 and 16.5? i have a subscription.
