Hi,

We are runnint Terminal Server Licensing on a Windows Server 2003
Standard Edition.

We have about 5 Per Device Cal tokens that were issued to computers
that are no longer in service, but the Expiration Dates are a couple of
months from now.

Is it possible to unassign those tokens, so that we may use them on
other computers?

If so, can you tell me what I need to do?

Thanks very much,

Re: Re-assign Terminal Server Per Device Cal Tokens

I do not know of any method to "unassign" TS-CALs that have been
issued to clients.

When you establish a RDP connection from computers that do not have a
TS-CAL yet, they will be issued a temporary CAL that will be valid
long enough for the decommissioned computer's CALs to become available
again. So you should not have a problem.

I hope this helps.
