Setup completed with warnings

i am using Visual Studio Enterprise 2019

I got a message from Microsoft Visual Studio that there is an update available to version 16.5.0

I tried to install the update and when it was completed the message I got was:

"Setup completed with warnings"

I cannot use any project, it is not displaying anything.

I uninstalled Visual Studio and restarted my computer, then reinstalled and still I get the message "Setup completed with warnings". I am stuck!

Please respond quickly how to put things back into place.
