Fatal Exception: The invocation of the constructor on type xxxx that matches the specified binding constraints threw an exception.

Getting the above exception on some customers systems.

I have 3 PC's, two Win 10 and one Win 7 and the software runs fine on them.

The program is WPF C#.

The structure of my programs is a top launcher module which launches one of ten other modules.

The launcher runs fine but on opening any of the other modules I get the above exception.

I have 2 projects running pretty much the same code, one is WPF and the other is .net core 3.1 C# Winforms which runs fine.

Don't input a security code and it will run in demo mode.

If it fails on your pc please let me know the exception message.
