Excel - Text to column question?

hello, it seems the text to column method doesn't keep the previous text format, I want to split the following text by the character "-", so how should I format it correctly, I tried it by many approachess but it still failed:


" autum"-" , that "

"" autum""-"" , that ""

Basically I want to keep the double quotes

Please give me advice. thanks a lot!
