ASP.NET Control to edit images

Hello,

I am looking for a ASP.net control that I can use in an a tablet application to:

1. Take pictures using the tablet camera.
2. Edit the picture to: Make notes over the picture, use arrows and some shapes like circles and rectables over the picture.
3. Save the picture in a "document".
