Is there a tool for converting .exe applications (windows) to some vector graphic images (SVG, EPS)?

I am looking for the existence of a tool that converts the windows of an application made in VB.NET 2010 Framework 4 (Professional, Ultimate, etc.) to one of these formats:

• SVG.
• EPS.
• PDF.

I want this because all the windows I have on my project are taken as PNG by "Imp Pnt" key, and then pasting the image into Paint and saving it as PNG, which pixelates it.

So, instead of a PNG image, I would like to have a vector graphic image to not pixelate them and use them in my document for examples, documentation and so on.


Is it possible? Why not? In any case, do you have any reference?
