I have tried for hours to get this fixed & have had this issue now for a couple of years. Visual Studio C++ inundates me with errors. I have managed to un-install C++ 2015 and reinstall it to the original version, but can not install the update 3. It is trying to find a package I no longer have:
For x64 C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{FAAD7243-0141-3987-AA2F-E56B20F80E41}v14.0.24212\packages\vcRuntimeMinimum_amd64\
For x86 C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{844ECB74-9B63-3D5C-958C-30BD23F19EE4}v14.0.24212\packages\vcRuntimeAdditional_x86\
This is preventing me from installing the newest version of Visual C++. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Windows has been updated to the latest version. I have tried running the sfc/ scannow and every other fix mentioned in this forum.
