BI extensions needed?

Hi,

We have a number of SSIS, SSRS projects developed with VS2019 Enterprise for SQL Server 2019. These projects are now on developers machines. We have a dedicated Jenkins server were we build/deploy our projects.
01. We have VS2017 installed on the Jenkins server. Do we need to upgrade that VS2017 to VS2019 to build/deploy the VS2019 BI projects?
02. Do we have to install BI extensions - SSIS projects, SSRS projects - in case we install VS2019 on the Jenkins server to build/deploy SSIS, SSRS projects?
