2019 Version 16.5.1 Crashes everytime I edit Resources.resw. Is this a know BUG?

2019 Version 16.5.1 Crashes everytime I edit Resources.resw. (With the resource editor) Usually when clicking a field.

It also hang up sometime when I edit XAML Files. (With the XAML editor)

This did not happen with previous versions. Is this a know BUG?
