I installed and ran the latest version ofo Visual Studio 19. When I tried to open it, put up the splash screen then put up a messsage "The application cannot start".
My questions:
How do I fix this?
If it's non-critical, why won't Visual Studio start?
Why does the error message not name the application that cannot start?
