Tried so far:

1. Rebooting PC.
2. Repair via VS installer.
3. Uninstalled and Installed several times.
4. Update (current update).
5. And some full load of nonsense fixes as I tried to troubleshoot (Reversed everything ofc...)

Really, I'm here as last resort!
Anyhelp will be highly appreciated.
