I have been working on (off and on) a project using a raspberry pi 3b+ and Windows iot. Haven't looked at it for about 3 months. Now I cannot open a device portal using the dashboard and cannot connect with Visual Studio. This has worked for a year or more but now doesn't.
I have reloaded the SD Card (10.17661.1001 which is what I have used all along) and turned off Firewall. Don't know what else to try.
Should also say the dashboard does see the RPi.
Visual Studio is 2019 Community and is up to date - but with the dashboard not connecting to portal, I doubt it will talk..
Need some help. Any and All help greatly appreciated.
