Source Code - CEDecompress.dll

This is PROBABLY a stupid question. However, I am trying to convert something really old..into c#. There is an old program called ;Dumprom, and it uses a library called CEDecompress.dll. Obviously, I don't have source code for CEDecompress.dll, but would like this written in pure c# and not rely on an old c++ library. Is there ANYWAY to get source code for that??


PS: CEDEcompress.dll, I don't know if it is actually part of that old windows CE series itself, or what. All I know is that it isn't used anymore in production microsoft products (that are supported anyway).
