Grid View for Comma Separated Values?

Hi,

I have a VB application with a form (Form1) and would like to display the contents of a .CSV file on this Form like a table, possible?

Currently I am using third party apps or MS Excel to show the contents but looking for can display in VB? An example of CSV file is as:
