How to include Namespace and NuGets while adding Markup snippets in razor file

I have created vsix project for adding my own snippets in Visual Studio. I have updated my shortcut code and code snippet added in snippet file. Typed the shortcut snippet and then given tab in razor file. corresponding code snippets added. But we need to add the namespace and NuGet also in that same time . is it possible to add namespace in that razor file and add NuGet in project ?
