Create RTF document from HTML

I would like to create an exact match document generated using HTML that renders equally than if I have created it on MS word. In other words, I would like to see the same pages, with the same lines on each page. Is there a library that can achieve this? I am already using aspose.words but the document generated is not the same as if I create the same one in MS word, also the lines per page are different. Any suggestion where can I read documentation about how to create RTF/Docx documents from HTML exactly the same as MS Word does?
