How can I make dll by copying description on the web

Dear sir,

I need to copy files nemed "Manufaktura.music" from here, Bitbucket

and make dll file. This process should be simple because all I have to do is to clone everything available on the web.

However, I am at a loss what to do. It is just too complex.


By the way although nuget packages named "Manufaktura.music is available, it seems that it does not work. Because it is not dll file? I am not sure.
