Question about VB.net help

Just curious perhaps I am doing something wrong or have not set things up right. When I am writing code and have a question about some command and request help sometimes the help has code samples in VB.net sometimes VB.net and C but most of the times its C#???? Have I not set something up properly? I am interested in VB.net help and examples but that's it. If I set something up wrong can someone provide me how to make it right.
