sqlite export contact information with images Wimform

i have been looking for a simple working example to export images from a contact information database for sqlite.

i have tried Reporting.WinForms, Itextsharp. I have searched everywhere, can someone point me in the right direction?

example: name, address, phone# and picture. It can be exported to excel, pdf, word, ect.
