WinSDK Installation stuck on 33% "Updating settings."

Hello, I've stuck on the WinSDK installation on 33% with "Updating settings" text. The same happened when I installed WinSDK from Visual Studio Installer.

I found 2 logs on %Temp%/windowssdk/.

I can already tell I cleaned up %Temp% and ProgramData folder.

I tried to search for the same issue, I didn't find suitable case or working solution.

What can I do to install it properly?
