How to capture bitmap of specific application when non-active?

Hello,

Currently I am working on a project where I require a C# script to capture a bitmap of a specific application. This application will be covered by a full screen game however I need to capture continuous screenshots of it. I have no proper C# knowledge and have only used it a couple times in Unity, however my Python knowledge will allow me to interpret whatever anyone can suggest.
