Updated to MVS 2019

After update to MVS 2019, still problem to open files (ftp connection thru MVS editing HTML and other files) in directorys getting message "Unable to get file 'xxx' from MVS",

I have to move open file in other dirs to that directory then I can open files there.

What are you going to do to fix it?

Or is there something I can do by myself to fix it?

And when will it work?
