I am using Windows 7 SP1, fully installed Microsoft Visual C ++ 2005 - 2019 + .NET Framework 4.7.2.
I tried to install Visual Studio 2019, after opening the software, it downloaded about 5 times, about 70MB each time + Verify, I received the error as in the image.
I have read some instructions on Google, they say that this error occurs because the firewall has blocked connections to aka.ms but I have turned off and disabled the Windows Firewall and I am still able to access aka.ms comments often without errors.
Here is my LOG file: dd_bootstrapper_20200502235045.log
This error occurred similarly when I tried to install Visual Studio 2017, but from version 2015 and below I installed it directly with the ISO file and there was no error.
