Hi all,
I am hoping somebody has had this issue recently and can lead me in the right direction.
I got a message from VS 2015 as per the attached, that my license has gone stale and I need to get it updated.
However, no matter what selection I make I end up with the same thing, first I enter my email address, the same one that I use to access this forum, and then I get the following error messages:
No matter which selection I make, yes or no, I always end up with a blank form:
I have looked in this forum and other forums to see if there is an easy fix, to no avail.
I made sure to make Internet Explorer my default browser, I ran the reinstallation of VS 2015, I deleted the ".IdentityService" directory, but no luck in getting past this blank screen.
Now I cannot log into my account from either VS 2015 or 2019, both give me these errors then a blank screen.
So, again, has anyone fixed this on their own, or is there a someplace I can get precise and working instructions to fix this?
As a side note, I am using 2015 as I have Crystal Reports installed on it. For whatever reason I have been unable to use Crystal Reports in 2019.

Edit1 - This message appears automatically and the only option that works is to close the Visual Studio programme.
