The meaning of the value between 0 and 1 of StylusPoint.PressureFactor Property

Hello,

The StylusPoint.PressureFactor Property in the System.Windows.Input namespace gets or sets a value between 0 and 1 that reflects the amount of pressure the stylus applies to the digitizer's surface.

What is the meaning of these values of 0 to 1 and is there a way to convert them for example to Newtons?
