Can't use tables

I create a table in a database.like this one. I save it and when I look for it in the database in visual studio it doesn't find any table. I refreshed it, I have all the instalations done and is still not working. I had it on pc where it used to work, but today I tried it on laptop, got this problem, then tried it on pc, same result.
