How to change fonts in vb.net all at once?

Hi,

I'm just wondering while I'm looking at my project it has 6 forms and a bunch of labels and textboxes. Can I change the font style or font sizes of the controls all at once without having to edit them one by one in the designer? Can I do it programmatically? I'm sorry I don't know how to start it. Thanks for any help.
