c# how to search inside all files and files inside sub dir for certain string

ok what im trying to do is i have a folder full of txt files and other txt files in sub dirs as well and i want to search all of them


if a accordance of a string is found in any of them of the search string then to show the file its in and the accordance so say


10 text files and only 1 of them has

hello world in it

it searches though all files to it finds this string once it finds it it returns

the filename and the occorance has been found


but have no idea how i would go about this have done searches on google but i could only find how to find a file name and not to search all sub dirs and current dir for certain string is this possible ?
