PsExec Nuget Package on VS2017

on VS2017 [15.9.23] for a project based on .NET v4.5.2 i was trying to install PsExec.exe 2.11.0 and fails with error

Could not install package 'PsExec.exe 2.11.0'. You are trying to install this package into a project that targets '.NETFramework,Version=v4.5.2'

Please help.
