PE image: Read data from section added after build completion

Hello,

After build completion of win32 console application, I manually added a section to the exe file.

The exe file with the extra section is running OK.

The extra section is created by external utlity I wrote.

Is it possible to put data in this section that the application will read in runtime ? How ?

Same question for C# application.
