C18 and VS2008 ?

C18 (previously known as C17) is the informal name for
ISO/IEC 9899:2018,[1] the most recent standard for
the C programming language, published in June 2018.
And VS2008 meets all of my simple needs.
Can I use C18 within VS 2008 ?
If so, how?
