FileDescriptor clipboard paste a zero byte file to Remote Desktop

I am successfully using VirtualFileDataObject code from Delay's blog ( dlaa.me/blog/post/9913083 ) to create a virtual file on the clipboard and paste it to local Explorer, but when I try to paste it to Windows Remote Desktop , it end up with a file size 0 byte. If I manually copy a file from Explorer and paste to Windows Remote Desktop, it works good without any issue. Anyone know how to fix it?
