Configuration system failed to initialize

Hi,


My visual studio cannot enable an Add-In or extensions.

When I try to install/enable an Add-In in my MSVC, I got this error message in pop-up as well as in the output panel.


Error Message:

I have tried to reinstall the add-in and also the visual studio but still cannot.

This is happened after I remove all the files in %TEMP%.

Anyone know how to fix it?
