Cloud process was unsuccessful. Start Debugging

Hi,

When trying to start debugging my Windows Forms project I get the following error message:

The manifest "obj \ Debug \ .manifest" cannot be written. The cloud process was unsuccessful

Can someone help me and say what that means or where the error comes from?
