I have built my project that has been working just fine on my 2 machines for the last 3 months. I have since added it to another user machine and it doesnt work. I dont get any errors, it does nothing apart from a 1 second mouse busy circle. I checked that the machine has the same 4.7.2 framework which it does so what could potentially be the cause of this? There arent many reference files and i included all of them in the installer anyway

Im a self taught VB.Net guy who writes code for Autodesk Inventor. I may not know the terminology but i try so please be patient. Im not a kid so please dont treat me like one
